SORRY SOME HOW BACKGROUND LAYER WAS LOST

THINGS NEEDED
Paint Shop Pro 9 or similar program.

TUBE: Les Passion de Lea
KIT: FTU  Esprit by Fantasy Moments HERE
PLUGINS: Eye Candy 5 and VM Natural
MY SUPPLIES: HERENot all kits are same sizes.
So if you choose another kit, your re-sizing may be different..

Let's Begin
Please NOTE as I will not repeat in each stepOnce drop shadow is set it will stay

Always Close original image after you copy.
Always sharpen once after your re-size

1. Open your template and minimize tube for now.

2 Delete my logo layer in the template.

 Select a dark pattern pattern paper

 flood fill your background layer.

3.Highlight the Slat layer. 

Selections/select all, 

Selections/float, 

Selections/defloat, 

Selections/modify expand one. 

Now open a paper from the kit. 

Select it in your patterns foreground.

 Flood fill. 

Selections/select none.

4. Effects/plugins/Eye Candy 5 Glass See settings below. 

Make the glass color the same as the color in your paper..

Effects/3D/ Drop Shadow Vertical and Horizontal both set to 2. 

Opacity set to 70 and blur 5.00

 (if you have Eye Candy 4 but not 5 it has glass also.)

5. Now click on the Star back Layer. Highlight the Slat layer. 

Selections/select all, Selections/float, Selections/defloat, 

Selections/modify expand one. Now open a paper from the kit.

 Select it in your patterns foreground.

 Flood fill.

 Selections/select none.

6. Now click on the star frame. Highlight the Slat layer.

 Selections/select all, Selections/float, Selections/defloat,

 Selections/modify expand one. 

Now open a paper from the kit. 

Select it in your patterns foreground. 

Flood fill. Selections/select none. 

Repeat step 4 make sure you change the glass color to match the paper.

7. Copy and paste your tube into your Image as new layer. 

I wanted to make mine look like it was coming out of the frame.

 So I pasted the tube above the frame.

 Then with my selection tool i drew a rectangle around the star bottom.. 

make sure to highlight the star frame layer then Edit copy.

 Select none then paste above your tube.. align it 

Click on your tube and erase any parts of your tube that is showing outside of the star frame..

8. With your tube layer highlighted go to Effects/3D/ Drop Shadow 

Vertical and Horizontal both set to 2.

 Opacity set to 70 and blur 5.00. Click Ok.

9. Now click back on your frame. Effects/3D/ Drop Shadow 

Vertical and Horizontal both set to 2.

 Opacity set to 70 and blur 5.00

10. Now open some flowers copy each one close original paste into your image as new layer.

 Re-size as needed. I re-sized mine 25%. 

Effects/3D/ Drop Shadow Vertical and Horizontal both set to 2. 

Opacity set to 70 and blur 5.00

11. Open element 34 copy close original and paste into your image as new layer.

 Re-size 80% sharpen one time.

 apply same drop shadow as before.

12. Now select a paper from the kit select it in your foreground and back ground. 

Choose your font tool change the directions of your font to horizontal. see image below.. 

Type out your text and adjust size to your likening. 

Repeat Step 4. remember to change the glass color..

 Then apply your drop shadow same as before.

12. Now Re-size your image. I re-sized to 350x350.  

Apply your watermark and copyrights.

ANIMATION

1. Duplicate your background layer one time.

2. Select your original background layer Effects/plugins/Vm Natural lightsplash.. use the following settings
Center X 135
Center Y 135
Rotation 135
Rays 120
Intensity In 120
Intensity Out 120

3. Select your duplicated layer of your background. apply Light splash again using settings below.
Center X 135
Center Y 135
Rotation 155
Rays 150
Intensity In 150
Intensity Out 150

4. Close off the duplicated background layer. Make sure you highlight bottom background layer.. Edit/copy merged Paste as new Animation in animation shop.

5.Close off this layer open the duplicated copy of background layer. make sure to click on it Copy and paste into animation shop after current frame..

Now save your image.

Background.

1. New Image 1280x200 transparent. Select a dark colored paper and flood fill.

1. Open a bow I used element 52 re-size to 195 in height width will adjust. Copy and paste into your image as new layer. Move it to the left side. Close original when it ask do you want to save changes say no..

2. Open one of the flowers re-size 15%. Copy and paste into your image as new layer. Close original when it ask do you want to save changes say no..

3. File/ Export with your jpeg optimizer. compression value 25.
